Wellness Seminars

Dr. Adrian is an experienced, dynamic and entertaining speaker.  He has given dozens of wellness seminars over the past fourteen years, working with companies such as Kids Help Phone, Imagine Canada, The Michener Institute, General Printers, The Running Room and more.

The most popular talk is his Workplace Injury Prevention talk. Dr. Adrian's talks are concise, loaded with just the right amount of information so you and your staff/community members can use what you learn without feeling overwhelmed or losing a day of productivity. This is because the talks are 20 minutes long with five to 10 minutes of questions and answers from the audience, for a total of 30 minutes.  Handouts are provided to audience members.  We suggest having Dr. Adrian speak over your lunch hour, following the popular lunch-and-learn format that many companies use today.

Dr. Adrian Asks some important questions of interest to Oshawa residents - Chiropractor Oshawa Dr. Adrian Asks...

Do nerves actually get pinched?
Chiropractors recognize two types of nerve disorders involved in subluxation. The least common is a pinched nerve that diminishes nerve supply to an affected organ or tissue. More common is the irritated nerve (facilitative lesion) which overexcites nerve communications to an affected organ or tissue. Chiropractic care has been shown to help with both types.
Why are chiropractors wary of the germ theory?
Louis Pasteur originated the idea that germs caused disease. Yet, on his deathbed he recanted, declaring, "It's not the seed, but the soil." Meaning, it's not the germ that causes disease, but the condition of the body that allows the germ to thrive. Chiropractic care in our Oshawa office is designed to bolster your resistance so germs don't see you as a good host.
