Your Second Visit to Our Oshawa Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

On your second visit the doctor will discuss the results of your examination and any tests that were performed. He will go over your care plan, make a diagnosis, prescribe a course of treatment and, once the matter of informed consent has been discussed, treatment usually begins. If he diagnoses a condition more appropriately treated by another health care professional, he will make a referral.

After your report of findings and treatment (should you choose to begin), our office assistant will process your payment for that day and book your care schedule for the next several weeks.

Dr. Adrian Asks some important questions of interest to Oshawa residents - Chiropractor Oshawa Dr. Adrian Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
